19. Merjem · verses 78–79

أَطَّلَعَ ٱلۡغَيۡبَ أَمِ ٱتَّخَذَ عِندَ ٱلرَّحۡمَٰنِ عَهۡدٗا

AttalaAAa alghayba ami ittakhatha AAinda alrrahmani AAahdan

Has he penetrated to the Unseen, or has he taken a contract with (Allah) Most Gracious?

كـَلَّاۚ سَنَكۡتُبُ مَا يَقُولُ وَنَمُدُّ لَهُۥ مِنَ ٱلۡعَذَابِ مَدّٗا

Kalla sanaktubu ma yaqoolu wanamuddu lahu mina alAAathabi maddan

Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment.
