إِنَّ لَكَ أَلَّا تَجُوعَ فِيهَا وَلَا تَعۡرَىٰ
Inna laka alla tajooAAa feeha wala taAAra
"There is therein (enough provision) for thee not to go hungry nor to go naked,

سورة طهوَأَنَّكَ لَا تَظۡمَؤُاْ فِيهَا وَلَا تَضۡحَىٰ
Waannaka la tathmao feeha wala tadha
"Nor to suffer from thirst, nor from the sun´s heat."
