وَٱلطُّورِ

Waalttoori

By the Mount (of Revelation);

وَكِتَٰبٖ مَّسۡطُورٖ

Wakitabin mastoorin

By a Decree inscribed

فِي رَقّٖ مَّنشُورٖ

Fee raqqin manshoorin

In a Scroll unfolded;
