فَٱلۡمُلۡقِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا

Faalmulqiyati thikran

Then spread abroad a Message,

عُذۡرًا أَوۡ نُذۡرًا

AAuthran aw nuthran

Whether of Justification or of Warning;-
