وَفِرۡعَوۡنَ ذِي ٱلۡأَوۡتَادِ
WafirAAawna thee alawtadi

سورة الفجرٱلَّذِينَ طَغَوۡاْ فِي ٱلۡبِلَٰدِ
Allatheena taghaw fee albiladi
(All) these transgressed beyond bounds in the lands,
