80. Abese · Verse 19

مِن نُّطۡفَةٍ خَلَقَهُۥ فَقَدَّرَهُۥ

Min nutfatin khalaqahu faqaddarahu

From a sperm-drop: He hath created him, and then mouldeth him in due proportions;
